Performance testing enhances every aspect of your training. You can take a variety of tests to learn about your overall athleticism, discover your strengths, identify your weaknesses and track your improvements.

We offer evaluations for a variety of sport-specific movements like pitching, swinging and running. You’ll get a personalized assessment that pinpoints how you can improve your form and mechanics.

This test can be taken in a controlled environment or outside in the elements. We evaluate individuals and teams.
